Complaints, Returns and Replacements

Dear clients,

you have the right to return the purchased goods within 14 working days from the date of receipt.

For this purpose, the product must be in its original packaging, without traces of use or violation of the commercial appearance of the product in accordance with the provisions of Article 55 (paragraph 1) of the LPPTA.

After inspection within 40 working days (by law) the amount of the buyer is refunded or within 20 working days (by law) the product is replaced. The refund can be by bank transfer or in cash.

In case of non-compliance with the conditions, the product is returned to the buyer, who bears all transport costs.

Transport costs for replacement or return are at the expense of the buyer, unless a defect is found in the item.

All other products can be returned in case of a defect, as well as be replaced

We apologize for the inconvenience if you did not receive the product in good condition.

The courier service in case of a complaint will be taken over by us.

For return or exchange procedures, we require several things from you:

1. The replacement or complaint must occur within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

2. Products to be returned or replaced are those that have not undergone any processing (washing, ironing, cutting and other actions that violate their integrity, as well as the removal of labels)

3. The product must be returned to the address of the company and proof of purchase (receipt, invoice) must be attached to it.

Shipments sent to us will not be accepted unless we are notified in advance by phone or e-mail.
